About this website
This website contains the Plaintiff`s best effort to organize the details of the case into a form that an attorney
can use to formulate case documents for a civil lawsuit. The Plaintiff believes that it was an appropriate effort
considering that he
would be communicating with counsel from halfway around the world, and because the case has significant complexity
that needed to be conceptually organized
(e.g., claims, frauds, injuries, damages,
etc.) and also structured into appropriate levels of detail.
The
conceptual organization is represented by a set of separate areas of the lawsuit
(e.g., Overview, Claims, Damages, etc.) containing links to individual
webpages
(see blue Navbar on the left), each covering a particular aspect in
the lawsuit.
Each webpage will internally provide major headings that frequently contain clickable arrows
(shown as ▶▶▶) for opening up that
heading to access details and related evidence. These arrow controls make it easy to view a topic at a high
conceptual level, or alternatively at an expanded level with greater detail.
Abstract
This lawsuit is about a claim that the Plaintiff, Jonathan Walker, makes against the Defendant, Wendy Heald, his
ex-wife.
The claim has to do with a deception related to the Plaintiff`s
child-support debt to the Defendant that played out for over a decade.
This lawsuit is about two claims that the Plaintiff, Jonathan Walker, makes against the Defendant, Wendy Heald,
his
ex-wife.
The first claim has to do with a deception related to the Plaintiff`s
child-support debt to the Defendant that played out for over a decade.
The second claim has to do with her participation with another party to conspire in
hiding a separate fraud carried out by this other party to eliminate the Plaintiff`s financial interest in the
business assets of a company that the Plaintiff had founded in 1997. This conspiracy also playing out for over a
decade.
Lawsuit Plan
The Plaintiff`s plan is to prosecute this lawsuit against the Defendant and then proceed to
a second civil lawsuit against
other parties related to that other fraud (as well as two additional
frauds).
The website covers a "child-support breach" lawsuit against the Defendant,
but there is a second civil lawsuit about which
the Defendant possesses important information.
The Plaintiff`s first objective is to attempt to secure the cooperation of the Defendant in
the second lawsuit using a settlement offer put forward in a demand letter
(see
Demand Letter Goals)
Objective
The Plaintiff and his sons have made several soft appeals to the Defendant seeking
her cooperation, but she has so far stonewalled those attempts.
If the Defendant`s response to the demand letter is to cooperate in
prosecuting the second lawsuit, then the Plaintiff plans to
bypass this lawsuit and to
proceed directly with the second lawsuit.
If however, the Defendant`s response to the demand letter indicates that she
is unwilling to cooperate in
prosecuting the second lawsuit, then the Plaintiff plans is to immediately
file this lawsuit, and then shortly after to proceed with the second lawsuit.
In that case, the Plaintiff will include the Defendant as one of the
defendants (along with other parties)
in that lawsuit.
